Electronic Component Storage

Electronic components are stored in smart warehouses integrated with the system application software. Warehouses assist in maintaining optimal temperature and humidity levels for shelf life needs.  Purchased electronic components are sorted out according to their ''Moisture Sensitivity Level'' and stored within our ''Electronic Component Storages'' which are constantly monitored regarding enviromental heat and moisture levels.

Painting & Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving & Tampo Printing

For special pictograms on painted surfaces laser engraving and tampon printing processes are able to be performed in-house.

Automated Painting Lines

High gloss and matte color paintings are possible based on customer requests.

Injection Moulding

Two-Component (2K) Moulding Injection

With the company's state-of-the-art machines, 2K injection process is available at a level that is exemplary for automotive standards. This provides flexibility in responding to customer needs.

Depending on the surface quality expectations, removing plastic components out from molds and sorting into carrier package operations are done by robotic arms. 

For sustainability at part and production quality, approved recipes of parameters are called from company’s system application software.

Flow Analysis

Flow analysis is an essential step in the very early stage of mold design. Prior to the design being sent to production, sink marks, flashes, and gaps caused by material characteristics are observed and optimized. Therefore, throughout the mold production life cycle, the customer's quality standards are met.

Tool Production

In-house mold production provides ability to construct and maintain molds, fixtures, bench equipment. In-house construction of tools provides time advantage for tool transfer, production try-outs and maintenance to achieve development lifecycle milestones and serial production planning.
