Our company was founded by Yılmaz Kozanoğlu in 1955.

Manufacturing of iron plugs, electrical switches and plugs for domestic market begun in 1960.

In order to serve our customers better we moved to a new facility of 3.600 m2 in 1966. 

We started to produce high volume of connectors for domestic telecom sector in 1980.

Modernisation of our Tooling department was initiated by purchasing first CNC Wire EDM and EDM machines in 1985.

In 1990 assembly of high volume Telecom products was automated and export to Deutsche Telecom started for the first time in company history. Until 2000's number of exported countries increased to 30.

We acquired ISO 9002 Quality Certificate for telecom products.

We were the only Turkish company representing Turkey at CeBIT 95 Geneva Telecom Fair

We became a automotive supplier for various electromechanical switches in 1996.

In order to serve our global customers efficiently we moved to our newly built facility in Tuzla Free Trade Zone in 1996.

Our second facility in İkitelli / Istanbul which consists of 35.000 m2, started to operate in 1998. 

We implemented SAP-ERP system in 1999.

We were entitled to receive Ford Q1 Award, ISO 16949 Quality Standard and ISO 14001 Quality Standard.

We started to collaborate with Volkswagen AG in 2009.

We established SMD Department with in our company in 2012.

Our Automation department has successfully designed and assembled our first automated production line regarding ''Passenger Airbag On/Off Switch'' for Volkswagen AG. 

We moved to our newly constructed Facility which consists of 25.459 m2 in Çatalca Free Trade Zone in 2015.

We were successfully accepted to ''Turquality Incentive Programm'' in 2018. 

We became 763. biggest industrial company in Turkish Republic in 2019.

We managed to acquire AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) Certificate in 2019.

Turkey's first national Identity Verification Device was successfully designed and produced by our sister company ''Bionay'' in 2021.

We successfully managed to implement SAP S4/HANA System in accordance to Industry 4.0 Vision.

We started to collaborate with TOGG regarding 6 different products in 2023.
