KAT Relay and Electronic Control Modules consist of a specially designed electronic card and a software that works together to control different functions in vehicles.

It has a plug structure suitable for the KFZ relay sockets found as standard in vehicles.

23A High current control module:

In case of high current due to a short circuit or malfunction in the electrical parts of the vehicle, the control module detects the error hardware and turns off its outputs according to the modes determined in its software and warns the driver. There is embedded software in the module.

Reverse warning buzzer control module / Rückfahrwarnsummer relais:

When the vehicle is put into reverse gear, the voltage coming to the unit input activates the module and ensures the operation of the warning system in the vehicle. There is embedded software in the module.

Generator control module:

It is the module used to control the generators used to power the air conditioning in buses. The module is calibrated and shipped. If the battery supply is below the specified calibration value, the generators connected to the module output are activated. There is embedded software in the module.

Battery control module:

It is the module that controls the battery level in vehicles. If the battery level is at a critical level that will prevent the vehicle from starting, the driver is warned with the output of the module. A warning signal is given by measuring the battery internal resistance and voltage level. There is embedded software in the module.

Wiper control module

It is a module that enables continuous (normal), continuous (fast) and intermittent operation of the wipers depending on the position of the wiper arm of the vehicle. There is embedded software in the module.
